The SCARPA Maestrale has earned its place on countless skin tracks by keeping the formula straightforward: walk efficiently, fit comfortably, and provide enough power to enjoy the way back down. Updated for 2026, it carries that familiar balance into another generation.
A polyurethane shell and cuff provide dependable support, while the Pebax® tongue helps produce a progressive 115 flex. The accommodating 102mm last leaves room for long days, and the thermoformable Intuition® Pro Flex Touring liner allows the fit to be further refined through heat molding.
SCARPA’s Speed Lock MLT mechanism frees the boot for the climb and locks it securely for the descent. An upper buckle, HRS strap, Wave M-LITE closure, and power strap work together to hold the foot firmly without turning transitions into a lengthy procedure.
Underfoot, the Vibram® Cayman LT outsole supplies reliable traction across bootpacks and rocky approaches. At 1460 grams per boot in a size 27, the Maestrale offers a practical balance of touring efficiency and downhill support for skiers who expect to use both.
