The Voile Speed Rail Binding retains the simplicity and durability that you expect, and then ups the ante.

Those who are averse to fiddling with slider-pins can rest easy. Upward-facing, totally-bomber hooks create the fore ends of the slider track’s 7075-T6 aluminum rails. In touring mode, these hooks grip around a full-width solid axle, now featuring reinforced brass bushings for a more reliable free-pivot action while climbing. When you're ready to ride, simply slide everything across some Voilé pucks and clamp down the rear latch plate.

It couldn’t be easier to transform your stance from tour mode into a perfect forward lean with the all-new Ride-N-Stride Highback. Tilting the Highback forward and pressing on the bottom half of the lean block secures it over the heel cup, locking it into the forward angle of your choosing. When you’re back on the skin track, simply pressing on the upper portion of the lean block allows you to sink the Highback for an additional <25° of movement.

And in situations where a splitboarder needs better control and maneuverability of their individual board halves, the all-new Heel Lock slides in for the win. While traversing ridgelines, sidestepping, or when cruising rolling terrain to the next ascent, the Heel Lock does just what its name suggests.

Expect the same 6061-T6 baseplate, easy puck access, fully-adjustable heel cup, and other bomber features of past bindings, but in a fully featured and more rider friendly package.

Quick change

Fast and light. Trustworthy. I have had other bindings before, but now I don’t feel comfortable traveling with anything else onboard. If you’re headed on an expedition, these are the only bindings I trust to be tough enough to handle the baggage claim, oh and the mountain too!

Great product!

Coming from a DIY set-up, I find these things to be amazing! I Only have a couple days of late spring/early summer riding on them so take this review for what it is. These bindings are light enough if you’re not a professional skimo racer. The transition is really fast and simple and I really like the tab that changes the high back position from touring to riding. These are a huge improvement from my burton bindings bolted on to some plates.

High backs are worst things ever.
Nathan Park
This base plate and connections to the board in both split and ride mode is excellent. The high backs are pure garbage!!! Just got the new ones, been out a few times now and going back to 8 year old R&D. The high back is way to soft, there is now way any serous riding is done in these things, don’t care who claims it. I make my living snowboarding and have for over 20 years. This are made for low angle low speed cruzzing. IF you get any thing heavy and have to make turns that count the high back lets you down. Heavy snow, tight steep chutes this things are dangerous. Your response is so lost don’t know how any tester let this fly.
Sorry that your expectations weren't met, Nathan. Our engineers and testers all found these to be up to any challenge thrown at them, and those challenges have been CONSIDERABLE... Simple, solid, backcountry is our motto, after all. Low angle "cruzzing?" Not so much.. We, and many we know, trust these in conditions far less than ideal. But as always, do what you personally feel is best to keep you safe in the backcountry.

This binding is super easy to use. I can easily transition with mittens on. The highback adjustment seamlessly switches from walk to ride, and the binding is dope.

So glad to have moved on from the Pin!

A substantial improvement from the original Light Rail binding. These bindings are great for the uphill with the high back adjustment. They are much lighter than their predecessor. The straps and high back are a huge improvement. The Boot, Board, Binding interface is as good as any binding I have ever ridden on a snowboard. The best part is when its sub zero you don't have to fidget with the pin anymore. The new touring brackets make switchovers a breeze! Fingers rejoice! Been on mine for three seasons and the fun never seems to end! For the price and the quality why would you buy anything else?

I bought these bindings last year and am very satisfied with the system. They work great and are lightweight. Used the ski mode too and it's a lot of fun.
