I wanted something stupid simple to hold various things on my bike rides, from bags, tarps, chairs, bbq grills, you know the regular stuff. And this works perfectly, quick and simple application and it's given me no cause for concern yet.

Using these to hold a mosko moto tool roll (7lbs) on a Harley Dyna fixed to lower frame. Work great, just put 6k on them on tour last summer from snow covered mountain passes in Montana to 110F in Wyoming at 100 miles an hour.
