Ive used these straps for as long as I have been skiing! Very durable and this size is perfect for everything. \n\nWatch out your friends will steal them!

Voile straps are one of the most indispensable pieces of backcountry gear you can have in your pack. The aluminum buckled version is sturdy and impervious to weather.\n\nI have used mine to keep failing skins lashed on, to help splint a knee with a blown ACL, keep a boot tight, carry extra gear, make choke grips on my touring poles, and carry a tube and tools on my mountain bike frame (endur-bro style).\n\nIf you don't have any, buy a few. If you need to get a backcountry skier a gift, buy them a few.

Whether you ski or not, everybody should have a handful of Voile straps around their home and vehicle. Very handy for all kinds of things.

Voile straps are probably the most versatile addition you can make to your pack, truck, or home. I can't begin to count the number of times I have been able to fix a problem with one of these straps. I keep at least three in my pack at all times and another handful scattered throughout my home and vehicles. If you don't already own some, buy them now. If you do already own some, buy some more!
