Review for Voile Straps Aluminum Buckle Variety Pack
Great product. Have used them for years. $8.00 to ship three straps in an oversized package -ridiculous. That killed the savings of the strap sale in early November.

Review for Voile Mtn Plate ADS (Ascent and Descent)
Super Happy with the purchase. Comes with everything you need to do ski touring while easily converting to snowboarding by attaching to your Voile Canted Pucks. Have a Voile board that came with the Canted Pucks. This is exactly what I was looking for my splitboard Ski-Hardboot set-up. Converts to touring mode with (2) heel risers heights. Plates detach and connect to pucks easy peasy. Have yet to test it in the field but took it into a ski shop to chat about alternatives or the traditional route of using dynafit bindings with sparks bindings. The MTN Plate appears to work in the same concept as the Sparks R&D Dyno Hardboot bindings with regard to attachment to pucks while also providing a durable solution for touring eliminating the need for a custom dynafit ski binding install or specialized ones such as the Sparks Toes which sound like they have a tenacity to break. Going to explore some modifications to lock the heel down in touring mode for short downhill travels. Will update once I get out and the PCNW finally gets snow. Buddy is a skier with Salomon S/ Shift bindings so we will see who's set up wins. Overall Happy and saved me a boat load of money! Greater cheap entry into hardboot set-up which is important to me for touring and having a stiff boot for crampons. Will post a video on youyube showing the set-up. Not very much out there showing how this set-up works. Don't hesitate and just pull the trigger if you are looking at experimenting Hardboot options or looking for a long term solution.
