The Slider Track gasket is sandwiched between your binding and the aluminum slider track.
This will add dampening to the ride and also help take up any extra binding screw length and prevent that extra screw length from protruding past the T-nut and further preventing the Slider Track from easily sliding on Universal Puck system.
