I have found a 9” Nano strap and this 15” strap together does an amazing job securing a bike lock inside a bike frame.

I ordered a pair of these straps with a bike cargo mount and liked them so much I ordered a few different lengths direct from Voile. I prefer the metal buckle but the nylon hasn't let me down either.
