SKU: 605 Voile Cable Spring

I like these. They make my softboots feel as good as my hardboots do without the cable. One thing to know is that the size is only measuring the spring, so the 8 inch cable ends up being about 9 inches from the top of the hook to the end of the spring. I wasn't sure, so I bought the 9 inch cable, then cut an inch off. Now that I know how they are measured I could have just bought the 8 inch ones. Oh well, now you know. (size 46 Alpina Alaska for reference)

When I broke my cable spring, I didn't know if I needed to buy the whole binding to fix it. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could purchase cable springs on their own. Now just to figure out how to cut it cleanly.

I've broken several tele bindings and had trouble with inappropriate releases, but Voile 3-pin cable bindings have never failed me in hundreds if days on the slopes. Got these spares just to have around, and what a deal at that.
